~ PHOTOS AND POSTERS
Collect any posters of your favourite artists and put them on your wall. You can add pictures of your friends, pictures you like that you found on tumblr, weheart it, polyvore or magazines. You can put them in a shape, like a heart or a circle, that looks really cute.
 
~ FAIRY LIGHTS
These are my favourite things ever! I have 2 of these in my room, and they definitely spice it up. You can put them over your bed, on the wall, on the curtains.. Practically anywhere! You can buy them in numerous shapes, like hearts, starts, even Tardises haha
 
~ QUOTE
I love quotes, and they are absolutely amazing when you put them on oyur wall! Find a quote that you truly love, it may be from a book, a song, a saying, whatever. Print out the letters or cut them out of magazines, and just tape them on your wall. A-ma-zing! :3
 
~ OTHER

(Sorry for not making any tips for a long time, but I was really busy with school :/ )
 
I am a DIY freak and I am constantly looking for new ways to DIY my old clothes. Since my all clothes are quite boring, I decided to mix things up and found these amazing tutorials for making a galaxy print on basically everything haha. I'll do one on my fake white toms this month (but I'll probably add a Tardis haha) and I may update you on that :3
In the mean time - enjoy these! They are all easy to make, quite cheap and fun! They go great with plain clothes and studs (I may also do a HTW tip if you guys want). So lets get down to some DIY ;)

Lauren: Ooh that’s difficult because I read so many books! Rick Riordan (Percy Jackson and Heroes of Olympus series) is very talented so I think it's him :)

Lauren: Well there are lots of amazing people on polyvore! By @nicciclark-suupernerd, @graceful-whovian and @baibox are my best friends. @rsander and @agirlcalledpangie make brilliant sets. That's just a few people who I could think of off the top of my head, theres tonnes more.
 
Me: Cool! I will definitely check them out! 5) What are you inspiration(s) for writing?
 
Lauren: My inspirations are mainly just everyday things. I see pictures on polyvore that inspire me, and often I'll see something and i'll ponder over it and a story will come to my mind. Sometimes, but only occaisionally, I'll be inspired by a person.
 
Me: Same here! 6) What is your favorite genre to write?
 
Lauren: Fantasy, romance or adventure :)
 
Me: Awesome! I love those genres! 7) So, every writer has their own ways but, how do you overcome writer's block?
 
Lauren: I just stop writing for a while, and then try reading books :)
 
Me: Nice! 8) What kind of stories can we expect from you in the future?
 
Lauren: All sorts! Whatever comes to me :) I'm currently trying to keep writing The Blossom Chronicles which is a story inspired by music c:

So, it is finally summer!! Yay! Here are a few outfits I thought would look cute for the summer time!
 
O1. We Can Do It!!
This outfit reminds me of the “We Can Do It!” poster. Here is the link to the poster: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/12/We_Can_Do_It%21.jpg . All the outfit is is a white v-neck and a high-wasted denim skirt. Also, I really like the denim-ish headband. To dress it up is some red sunglasses and red lipstick!
 
O2. Let’s Take This Town
I really love this outfit. I think it’s perfect for just heading out on the town. I really love the color of the high-wasted shorts. The color is very bold but subtle. I paired the shorts with a white t-shirt blouse. I also paired this outfit with Vans (a similar color to the shorts) and a gray beanie.
 
O3. Let’s Have a Picnic!
I feel like this outfit is perfect for any family/friend events you have this summer! It is a light pink-ish, orange dress with a denim jacket! I would dress it up by adding jewelry. I really like the necklace because it is fun and quirky.
 
O4. Festival Feel
When I look at this outfit, I get this festival feel. It is a green tank top with a pair of daisy shorts. I paired it with brown strappy sandals. To finish it up I just added these necklaces.

1. MARGO ROTH SPIEGELMAN
The book isn't that much mistery and crime related as the other ones, but I think this look is easy to pull off. You simply need a hoodie, a T-Shirt, simple plain jeans and some comfortable shoes :)
 
2. IRENE ADLER
I am absolutely in love with her! Unfortunately (or not) she wears dresses most of the time, and she is most famous for an outfit similar to this one! You need a white tight dress and a vest or a blazer over it. You must not forget the red lipstick! ;) I suggest oxfords, because you can't go to school in heels.
 
3. MISS MARPLE
Miss Marple is one of the most famous female detectives of all times! But, since she is an old character, she wears vintage like clothes. All you need for this one is a longer skirt, a plain pale shirt and a blazer that matches with the shirt. You must not forget the cute little hat! ;)

i took the black, loose hand-knit scarf and put it with a gray tank and wrecked maroon shorts. then, i put it with black/black vans to give it a sort of "grunge" look.
 
O U T F I T - 2
i found this cute green/white striped scarf and decided to keep the rest of the outfit simple by pairing it with a white dress and mint oxfords. for accesories, i put some gold stuf earrings.
 
O U T F I T - 3
i tried to make this kinda "indie", so i took a brown cashmere scraf and paired it with a black/white striped top and blue shorts. you could wear either brown oxfords or lace-up boots.
 
O U T F I T - 4
i found this cute, semi-sheer pink scarf and matched it with a dark blue tank and denim cut-offs. you can wear any dark blue or pink shes, but i found these dark blue converse to look really good here.
